1. What do I need to run Click to File for Office?

Click to File for Outlook is designed to work on Windows 7 and Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. In addition to having one of the versions of Windows installed, you will need to have Outlook 2010, 2013 or 2016 installed.

1. What do I need to run Click to File for Mac Mail?

Click to File for Mac Mail requires Mac Mail version 7 or higher to be installed to run the add-in. Mac Mail may work on earlier versions of Mac Mail but we do not support earlier versions of Mac Mail.

2. What do I need to run Click to File Timer?

Click to File Timer is designed to work on Windows 7 and Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. Aside from Windows, it does not require any additional software.

3. How can I add/remove computers to my subscription?
